Roles
Business Development Manager
Report to the Regional Manager based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
Develop, plan and oversee the local sales team
Drive performance to achieve monthly sales target
Provide prospects, forecast and sales reports on a timely basis
Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the team
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Devising and implementing new strategies to sell our new and existing products
Oversee sales operations and all sales-related matters
Budget responsibility for Hong Kong and regular reporting to HQ
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well versed in written / spoken English and Mandarin
Sales experience in FMCG wholesales trade would be an added advantage
With proven track record in meeting Sales target
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to handle stress in a challenging environment
Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines of Tertiary Education
Priority will be given to candidates who are available immediately
